We are seeking a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to join a schoolfrom November 2025 on a long-term temporary, ongoing basis.

Teachers set clear expectations and provide consistent, engaging lessons. Leadership opportunities and strong behaviour management help pupils thrive and prepare confidently for the future.

Duties as a Cover Supervisor:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure continuity of learning.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Support students to stay on task and engage with learning activities.
• Report back to teachers and senior staff as required.

Ideal Cover Supervisor:

• Previous experience in a school setting is desirable.
• Strong communication and organisational skills as a Cover Supervisor.
• Ability to manage a classroom confidently and calmly.
• A flexible, positive, and proactive attitude.
