ABC Teachers are recruiting Cover Supervisors to work in SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) schools across Birmingham. These schools cater for students who may display challenging behaviour or have experienced difficulties in mainstream education.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive and consistent learning environment when teachers are absent. You ll deliver pre-prepared lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure students remain engaged in their learning.
This role is ideal for confident individuals who enjoy working with young people and want to make a real difference in an alternative education setting. Training and support will be provided, making it a great opportunity for those looking to start a career in education or transition from a background in youth work, sport, or mentoring.
