Location: Underley Garden School, Kirkby Lonsdale, LA6 2DZ
Salary: Up to £25,000.00 per annum depending on experience (not pro rata)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only

The main objective of the Cover Supervisor is to provide high-quality teaching and learning cover across the school. Responsibilities include leading classes, managing challenging behaviours, and ensuring pupils meet lesson objectives, maintaining consistency and continuity especially during teacher absences.
Underley Garden School caters to pupils aged 5-19 with complex needs related to autism and learning disabilities. We adopt a holistic, person-centred approach, offering education, care, and therapy tailored to individual needs.
Located near Kirkby Lonsdale, on the edge of the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales, within reach of Lancaster and Cumbria.

You will work 80% of your contractual hours for 100% of your pay, supporting work/life balance. The 4-Day Working Week trial is subject to successful probation and is not contractual.
