About the school

A Special needs school who supports full‑time education for students who have struggled to access mainstream schools. Has small class sizes and bespoke learning pathways, tailored to individual students' needs, abilities and interests, helping them to re‑engage, catch up, and make progress academically and personally. Broad, balanced curriculum including GCSEs, Functional Skills, BTEC, core subjects (English, Maths, Science), plus options and enrichment, including PE and wellbeing programmes. Strong focus on wellbeing and personal development, including therapies, mentoring, the “Wellbeing Wednesday” programme, and support for emotional regulation alongside academic learning. Based in Birmingham, with the position available for an immediate start.
