Northern Education Trust's Manor Academy in Hartlepool is seeking a Cover Supervisor to support teaching staff, implement work programmes with individuals or groups, and supervise classes during short-term absences.
The role is permanent, full-time (32.5 hours per week across 39 weeks per year), with a salary SCP 16–18 (£30,518–£31,537 FTE) or pro rata (£23,683–£24,474). The Trust offers development opportunities and safeguarding commitments. Closing date 21 August 2026.

Salary amounts quoted are from the 1 September to 31 August and therefore if you commence employment part way through the academic year they are subject to an equated salary adjustment

We are seeking to appoint a Cover Supervisor to work under the guidance of teaching staff and within an agreed system of supervision, to implement work programmes with individuals/groups in or out of the classroom, managing student behaviour and supervising whole classes during the short term absence of teachers.
