Salary: £17,238 - £25,350 per annum (salary depending on experience and/or qualifications)

Overview

Vision for Education are currently looking to appoint a highly motivated Cover Supervisor to deliver various lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4 on an ad hoc basis with the possibility of short/longer term roles for the right candidate in their subject specialism. The Cover Supervisor will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons whilst managing classroom behaviour.

Requirements

• Have experience teaching large groups of students aged 11 - 16
• Have the ability to build a quick rapport with students
• Have the ability to de‑escalate challenging behaviours
