Protocol education are working with vibrant and inclusive secondary schools, and seeking new dedicated Cover Supervisors to join their teams. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the classroom, supporting students aged 11-16 in a dynamic learning environment.
About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will step in to manage classrooms during the short-term absence of teachers, ensuring students remain engaged with pre-set work and maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere. This is an unqualified position, meaning no formal teaching qualification is required – we’re looking for enthusiasm, resilience, and the ability to connect with young people.
