Cover Supervisor - Sheerness | Full-Time | KS1 & KS2

Academics are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join a friendly school in Sheerness. This is an exciting opportunity to work across Key Stages 1 and 2, supporting pupils and ensuring continuity of learning when teachers are absent.

The Role
  • Supervise classes across KS1 and KS2, following lesson plans provided by teachers.
  • Support pupils in maintaining focus, engagement, and positive behaviour.
  • Assist with basic classroom tasks and learning activities where required.
  • Contribute to a safe, welcoming, and productive school environment.
About You
  • Has experience covering classes in teachers' absence and working as a Cover Supervisor.
  • Has experience working with children in a classroom setting.
  • Is confident managing groups of pupils across different ages.
  • Is organised, reliable, and able to follow guidance from teaching staff.
