Job summary

Astro Education are looking for experienced Cover Supervisors to be placed in suitable roles within secondary schools across Manchester and surrounding areas, including Salford. Roles vary from part-time to long-term and permanent, with daily rates from £100 to £130 depending on experience.

Successful candidates will be placed in suitable roles across a network of secondary schools, with flexible options and a straightforward registration process.

Qualifications

• Be able to communicate effectively within a team
• Open to/ or have experience of working with a variety of SEN.
• Be able to work core school hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision in secondary schools to maintain order and support learning.
• Coordinate with teaching staff to manage class activities during cover periods.

About the Opportunity

Astor Education seek to place Cover Supervisors in suitable roles within Secondary Schools across Manchester and the surrounding areas such as Salford, Bury, Bolton, Trafford, Stockport, Didsbury, Gorton, South Manchester, North Manchester, Chorlton, Tameside, Oldham. The positions will vary and suit all, ranging from, part time, full time, long term and permanent. Successful candidates will earn a minimum of £100 to £130 a day depending on experience.

What you will need to succeed:

Secondary Schools across Manchester are searching for confident, adaptable and enthusiastic individuals with relevant experience or transferable skills. Perhaps you're an experienced Cover Supervisor, Social Worker, Sports Coach, Care Worker or Youth Worker looking for your dream role.
