Your opportunity

Merstham Park are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Cover Supervisor to cover lessons during staff absences. This role will be well suited for candidates who are looking to start their career in teaching, experienced teachers looking for flexibility, or experienced TA/HLTA’s. We are interested in hearing from all candidates, no matter what point in your career you are currently at.

You will be providing effective cover supervision for lessons on a regular basis, and providing stability and continuity for students whose lessons are affected by short-term teacher absence. Lesson plans and materials will be provided and your role will include registering the form and class, ensuring that students complete the tasks provided by the teacher and managing the classroom. You will have the opportunity to cover a wide variety of subjects.

Pay Scale: GLF Associate Specialist Point 1 – £27,061
Actual Salary: £21,017.04
