Overview

Smile Education is working with Trinity High School in Redditch, part of the Bordesley Trust, to welcome an enthusiastic and adaptable Cover Supervisor to their team.

If you’re passionate about supporting young people’s learning and want to play a vital role in keeping lessons on track, we’d love to hear from you!

Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into classrooms to deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects when teachers are absent. Your main role will be to manage the classroom, keep students engaged, and ensure learning continues in a calm and productive environment. You’ll also help maintain school routines and provide support where needed around the school.
