Location: Oldham

Salary: £110-£160 per day (depending on experience)

Job Type: Full-time & Part time Monday to Friday | Permanent for the right candidates

Are you passionate about supporting students and making a real difference in their secondary school experience? Do you have excellent behaviour management skills and thrive in a dynamic classroom environment? If so, we want you!

We are working with popular Secondary Schools in Oldham who are recruiting Cover Supervisors to join their teams for the academic year. You must hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.

What You'll Do
  • Supervise and manage students during teacher absences, maintaining a positive, safe, and productive learning environment.
  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure high standards of classroom behaviour.
  • Adapt to a variety of subjects and year groups across the secondary school curriculum.
  • Work closely with teaching staff to support the smooth running of the school day.
  • Promote an inclusive and respectful atmosphere where students can thrive.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong behaviour management skills in a secondary school setting.
  • Flexibility to cover multiple subjects and year groups.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for education and student development.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.

Availability 8:30am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
