A leading optical retailer is seeking a Supervisor to help lead their community-focused team in Okehampton. The successful candidate will ensure smooth store operations, support and train staff, handle customer orders, and educate customers on lens care. Strong communication skills and previous experience in customer service are essential. This position offers a full-time schedule with competitive pay and various employee benefits.

As Supervisor you’ll ensure the store runs like clockwork. That means supporting other staff, ensuring they’re familiar with systems, helping to deliver training and handling orders. You will also deal directly with customers in the contact centre clinic, showing people how to insert, remove and care for their lenses, and assisting the optical team. This role covers two stores.
