Supervisor – Solihull Specsavers

We’re looking for a hard‑working, passionate Supervisor ready to help lead a team to greatness so we can provide the best ear and eye care possible. At Specsavers you’ll join a community‑focused team full of people from all walks of life and all levels of experience.

As Supervisor you’ll ensure the store runs like clockwork. That means supporting other staff, ensuring they’re familiar with systems, helping to deliver training and handling orders. You will also deal directly with customers in the contact centre clinic, showing people how to insert, remove and care for their lenses, and assisting the optical team. This role covers two stores.
