What skills and experience we're looking for

Are you passionate about education and eager to gain valuable classroom experience? We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our dedicated team, providing essential classroom support in a dynamic school environment.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences. You’ll deliver pre‑prepared lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and provide guidance to ensure students remain engaged and productive. This role is perfect for individuals considering a career in teaching, recent graduates, or anyone with experience working with young people in an educational setting.

The successful candidate will possess a passion and enthusiasm to learn and progress in their role. Experience in supporting educational activities and/or administrative tasks within a school would be an advantage, as we encourage colleagues to contribute at all levels, but full training will be provided.
