Cover Supervisor – Solihull, West Midlands – Full-time / Part-time / Flexible supply – Salary: £90 - £130 per day – Start Date: Immediate / Ongoing

About the Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Supervise classes during the short-term absence of the class teacher.
  • Deliver pre-set work and ensure a positive learning environment.
  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
  • Support students in staying engaged and on task.
  • Provide feedback to teaching staff as required.

No formal teaching qualifications are required – just the ability to communicate effectively, build rapport with students, and maintain a calm and professional presence in the classroom.

What We’re Looking For
  • Confident and adaptable individual with strong classroom management skills.
  • Experience working with young people (in education, youth work, coaching, or similar) is advantageous.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • Genuine passion for education and helping young people succeed.
