We are looking for candidates with a background in tutoring or classroom support coupled with the confidence to manage a classroom on a cover basis long-term contracts starting asap. The ideal candidate will have excellent behaviour management skills and be able to deliver pre-set work to a good standard.
At James Ray Recruitment, you will have the opportunity to attend a fantastic online course ran by an experienced educator who will give a detailed insight into working in the classroom to help you feel prepared for the role.
Previous experience working with children or young adults is preferable but not essential as full training provided on the course. This is a fantastic opportunity to start your journey within Education.
Pay rates are dependent on experience and will be discussed during registration.
