Role: Cover Supervisor
Location: Greater Manchester (Bury, Bolton, Salford, Trafford, Manchester, Stockport, Tameside, Oldham and Rochdale)
Start Date: ASAP
Working Days: Weekdays (Flexible)
Working Hours: 08 30
Pay: £95 - £120 per day (PAYE and Umbrella options available)

Brite Education are currently seeking experienced Cover Supervisors to join our growing team. You will play a key role in supporting our secondary school partners in the across the Greater Manchester area. This is an exciting opportunity for dedicated professionals looking to make a difference in the classroom and be part of a friendly and supportive team.

The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Lead pre-prepared lesson plans across various subjects in the absence of the regular class teacher.
  • Maintain a positive and structured classroom environment, managing student behaviour effectively.
  • Support and motivate students to complete their work to a high standard.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and senior leadership to ensure smooth lesson delivery and continuity of learning.

What We re Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you ll need:

  • A minimum of 3 months experience working in a UK school environment.
  • A degree in any subject.
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service (or the willingness to obtain one).
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • Two professional references.
  • An up-to-date CV covering the past 10 years.
