Job summary

Mana Education is recruiting Cover Supervisors to work in welcoming secondary schools across Lutterwort and surrounding areas. Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials, maintain a positive classroom environment, and manage behaviour confidently to support pupils' learning.

This flexible role offers day-to-day and long-term opportunities with weekly PAYE payroll, designed for those looking to gain classroom experience while fitting around their lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Confident communication and classroom management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials in the teacher's absence.
• Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour confidently and professionally.
• Encourage students to remain engaged with their learning.
• Work across a variety of subjects and year groups.
• Build experience in a range of local secondary schools.
• No planning or marking is normally required, allowing you to focus on supporting pupils and maintaining high classroom standards.

Cover Supervisor Opportunities - Lutterwort & Surrounding Areas

Location: Lutterwort, Broughton Astley, Ullesthorpe, Magna Park, Gilmorton, Claybrooke Magna, Rugby, Market Harborough, Hinckley and surrounding areas.

Pay: £110 - £130 per day (depending on experience and placement)

Contract Types: Flexible Day-to-Day | Long-Term | Full-Time | Part-Time
