£100 £115 per day (depending on experience and/or qualifications)

Your Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll:

• Deliver pre-set lesson materials and keep students on task in the absence of their usual teacher.
• Maintain a calm, productive learning environment and encourage positive behaviour.
• Support general duties such as breaktime or form-time supervision.

No lesson planning or marking required; just bring confidence, organisation, and a passion for helping students succeed.

What We re Looking For

• Experience working with young people (e.g., schools, tutoring, youth work, coaching).
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
• A proactive, flexible approach to working in different school settings.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
