Outwood Academy Hemsworth is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to supervise classes and ensure continuity of learning during teacher absences. You will implement prescribed work programmes and support students in a structured environment.

The role requires strong classroom management and motivation skills to maintain a positive learning atmosphere across key stages. This post is based at Outwood Academy Hemsworth in Kinsley, England, with term-time plus five days and a 32.5-hour week.

Are you a proactive and engaging individual with excellent classroom management skills, ready to step in and ensure continuity of learning during teacher absences? Do you excel at motivating students and maintaining a constructive working environment across various subjects? The overall purpose of this post is to supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers and implement work programmes under the guidance of teaching staff.
Working Pattern: 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time + 5 days.
