A top performing school in Hull is seeking a Cover Supervisor to support students by ensuring high-quality teaching in the absence of staff. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people and knowledge of classroom management. This position offers a salary between £20,353.78 and £23,929.94 per annum, along with various perks including training opportunities and well-being support.
We are looking for an individual who has a good standard of education including numeracy and literacy at GCSE grade C/4 or equivalent, demonstrable experience of working with young people in an educational setting and a good working knowledge of classroom management strategies.

The team at Malet Lambert School is looking for an individual to work as a Cover Supervisor who will play a vital role in supporting our students by ensuring they are provided with high quality teaching and learning or targeted support when a member of staff is absent or unavailable.
The working hours are from 8:25am to 3:40pm Monday and 8:25 to 3:30pm Thursday to Friday during the school term. You will also be paid for an additional 32 hours 40 minutes per year, to attend team meetings and training and development outside your normal working hours. Your actual salary will be between £20,353.78 - £23,929.94 per annum depending on experience, and this will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year so even when it is the summer holidays, you continue to receive the same payment that month.
