A local educational institution in Greater London seeks an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to deliver lessons and support students, including those within the SEND department. Candidates should be committed to fostering a positive learning environment and hold excellent communication skills. The role is an excellent opportunity for PGCE students looking to gain experience before their ECT position.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dynamic and inspirational Cover Supervisor responsible for delivering prepared lessons and supervising whole class lessons during short term absence of teaching staff. In addition to covering lessons, you may be asked to work with small groups of students within the SEND department, to support learning, behaviour and engagement with lessons. You will need the ability to motivate and enthuse others and be creative and committed to lifelong learning. This position could suit a PGCE student who wants to spend some time in a school before taking up an ECT post next year.
