An education recruitment agency in the UK is seeking Trainee Cover Supervisors to lead secondary school classes in Barnsley. You will manage the classroom and follow prepared lesson plans. Full training will be provided, along with competitive daily rates ranging from £95 to £120 depending on experience. This role is ideal for those with leadership skills and a passion for inspiring young people.
Vision for Education are currently recruiting Trainee Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Barnsley. We are able to offer full training to prepare you for this exciting new role.
Step into the classroom as a Cover Supervisor and take the lead when the class teacher is away. You ll guide groups of around 30 students, following fully prepared lesson plans, keeping learning on track, managing the classroom atmosphere, and making sure the teacher returns to a smooth handover.

Over the past two years, our programme has helped many trainees go on to secure permanent school contracts thanks to glowing feedback from headteachers. You ll also work with our partner schools across Barnslet, where you ll be welcomed into a supportive environment that encourages you to grow.
