Job summary

GLF Schools is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor for Aureus School in Didcot. The role provides high-quality classroom cover during short-term teacher absences, across all year groups. You will support teaching and learning, manage behaviour, and contribute to a positive, ambitious school culture.

We value teamwork, calm leadership in challenging situations, and a commitment to student achievement. Fixed-term until August 27, 2027, with term-time hours and supportive professional development.
