Cover Supervisor - Secondary School
Location: Kettering
Start Date: ASAP / Flexible
Contract Type: Full-Time (Mon-Fri, term time only)
Salary: 90 - 110 per day (depending on experience)

About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff. Lessons will be pre-planned, and your role will be to ensure students remain on task, follow classroom expectations, and complete the work set.

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies

• Delivering pre-set work across a range of subjects

• Ensuring a calm and productive learning environment

• Providing feedback to teaching staff after lessons

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have strong communication and organisational skills

• Be confident managing a classroom environment

• Have experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)

• Be flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic

• Hold a degree or equivalent qualification (preferred, not essential)
