Supply Staff Ltd is seeking a reliable Cover Supervisor for long-term positions and day-to-day supply work across Croydon. You will supervise classes, follow lesson plans, and support a positive learning environment in schools around Croydon.

Role focuses on supervising classes, maintaining behaviour, and liaising with teaching staff, with DBS requirements or willingness to apply. Daily pay and local consultant support are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people is desirable.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Confident and professional approach to supervising classes.
• Ability to follow lesson plans and school procedures.
• Enhanced DBS with Update Service, or willingness to apply.
• Full compliance with UK safeguarding regulations.
