We are seeking an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to work across secondary schools in and around Richmond. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young people and can confidently lead lessons in the absence of the class teacher.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre-prepared lesson plans, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure pupils remain focused and productive. You ll be supporting a range of subjects across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping to maintain a consistent and positive learning atmosphere throughout the school day.

To be successful, you ll need strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to think on your feet. Experience working with young people, whether in education, coaching, tutoring or youth work is highly desirable. Graduates considering a career in teaching are particularly encouraged to apply.
