Cover Supervisor

Location: Wirral & Ellesmere Port Schools | Full-Time or Part-Time

We are recruiting on behalf of respected secondary schools across Wirral and Ellesmere Port, part of a highly regarded multi-academy trust, for reliable and confident Cover Supervisors. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with UK-based school or youth activity experience to support students' learning, gain further classroom exposure, and join a friendly and collaborative school community.

We welcome applications from experienced Cover Supervisors, qualified teachers exploring new options, and individuals who want to progress their careers within UK education settings. This role offers flexibility, professional development, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on local schools.

The Role
  • Supervise lessons across a range of subjects using pre-prepared materials
  • Keep students focused, engaged, and on task during teacher absence
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
  • Provide clear and constructive feedback to teaching staff
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to maintain a positive learning environment
  • Gain practical experience while supporting the progress and wellbeing of students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
