An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join their team. Location: Underley Garden School, Kirkby Lonsdale, LA6 2DZ
Salary: Up to GBP25,000.00 per annum depending on experience (not pro rata)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only

As a Cover Supervisor, your main objective is to provide high-quality teaching and learning cover across the school. You will be responsible for leading whole classes, managing challenging behaviours, and ensuring all pupils remain focused and on track to meet their lesson objectives. This role is crucial in maintaining consistency and continuity of education for the pupils, particularly when teachers are absent or engaged in other school activities.
