Salary: Up to £25,000.00 per annum depending on experience (not pro rata)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm

As part of our continued growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity for a Cover Supervisor to join our close-knit team at Underley Garden School, part of Options Autism.
As a Cover Supervisor, your main objective is to provide high-quality teaching and learning cover across the school. The Cover Supervisor will be responsible for leading whole classes, managing challenging behaviours, and ensuring all pupils remain focused and on track to meet their lesson objectives. This role is crucial in maintaining consistency and continuity of education for the pupils, particularly when teachers are absent or engaged in other school activities.

Underley Garden School is a large school with small class sizes, focusing on pupils aged 5-19, who have a range of complex needs associated with autism and learning disabilities, including complex communication, sensory, and behavioural needs related to their disabilities.
