The school is looking for a driven Secondary Cover Supervisor, who showcases strong behaviour management abilities alongside a creative and nurturing mentality. As a Secondary Cover Supervisor, you will be expected to work alongside a creative, forward-thinking staff to implement a unique and innovative curriculum. You must have high standards and expectations for all pupils and be able to develop a love for learning in all.

The successful Secondary Cover Supervisor will have:

• Level 3 or HLTA qualification (not a requirement but valuable).
• PGCE or PCET qualifications will also be accepted.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Knowledge of Curriculum for Wales framework and expectations.
• An understanding of planning and assessment expectations.
