General Cover Supervisor – Cambridge Schools

TimePlan Education are excited to assist secondary schools across Cambridge and the surrounding areas with the recruitment of General Cover Supervisors for ad hoc and long term supply starting ASAP.

Position Details
  • Role: General Cover Supervisor
  • Location: Various mainstream secondary schools across Cambridge and the surrounding areas
  • Ofsted Rating: Many schools are rated ‘Good’
  • Timings: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Start Date: ASAP
Role Expectations
  • Build a strong rapport with students quickly
  • Remain calm, confident, and engaging in unfamiliar settings
  • Teach a variety of subjects using pre-prepared resources
  • Maintain class discipline and keep students focused on their learning objectives
  • Cover Supervisors are essential in maintaining the continuity of students’ education during short-term teacher absences.
