You will have:

  • Experience of working with children and young people.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students and colleagues.
  • The ability to build positive learning relationships and maintain high standards of behaviour and conduct.
  • Experience of interpreting information and supporting the delivery of lesson plans and curriculum activities effectively.
  • Good organisational, administrative and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and respond positively to changing priorities.
  • Confidence in using IT systems, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • An understanding of learning processes, barriers to learning and behaviour management strategies.
  • GCSE Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent qualifications).
  • A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and improving outcomes for all students.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a values-driven academy where you can make a lasting impact on students' education and life chances while developing your own skills and experience in a supportive environment.
