Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a secondary school in Aldershot to recruit a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to start in January 2026.

This opportunity is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, and unqualified educators who are looking to gain hands‑on classroom experience within a secondary school setting. The role provides valuable exposure to teaching and learning across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, making it an excellent stepping stone into teacher training or long‑term education roles.

The Role:

• Supervising classes in the absence of the class teacher
• Delivering pre‑prepared lesson materials across a range of subjects
• Maintaining a positive, safe, and well‑managed classroom environment
