Job summary

A leading technical support service provider is seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist in West Bath, ME. The role entails providing in-person and remote technical support within courtrooms, troubleshooting various technology, and managing audio and video equipment. Ideal candidates should have excellent customer service and communication skills, valid driver’s license, and be comfortable working under pressure. This is a 6-month contract position, fully onsite, with required travel across locations in compliance with company mileage reimbursement policy.
