Irwin Mitchell LLP in Cambridge invites applications for a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join the Court of Protection team. The role focuses on supporting individuals lacking mental capacity, managing Court of Protection matters and building experience across high-value cases.

You will handle deputyship work, trusts, LPAs and related private client issues while developing strong client relationships and benefiting from mentoring in a nationally recognised team.

Qualificações

• Training seat in Court of Protection, Private Client, Personal Injury or Clinical Negligence, or show genuine interest in the field.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a client-focused approach.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to outstanding client service.
• Interest in working with vulnerable clients and supporting them through complex matters.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting with management of Court of Protection Property & Affairs matters.
• Supporting deputyship applications and ongoing deputyship administration.
• Working on matters involving trusts, statutory wills, LPAs and private client issues.
• Developing relationships with clients, families, case managers and other professionals.
• Assisting with business development and raising the team’s profile.
• Delivering excellent client service to vulnerable clients and their networks.
