Responsibilities

  • Providing deputyship advice within litigation matters.
  • Developing and expanding Court of Protection and Trustee services for personal injury clients.
  • Mentoring and advising other team members.
  • Supporting deputies and directors in managing client finances.
  • Drafting and submitting applications to the Court of Protection.
  • Preparing financial information for client meetings.
  • Liaising with financial advisors, case managers, and care providers.

We are seeking a Head of Department to join a Legal 500 and multi-accredited legal practice, offering a superb leadership opportunity within their Private Client team. The client base spans HNW individuals and entrepreneurs, providing excellent exposure to complex and rewarding work.

Position Overview

As the Head of Department, you will manage your own caseload and whilst playing a significant role in leading and shaping the department and its very capable team of fee earners and admin support.
