Qualifications

• 4+ PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive in Court of Protection or Private Client.
• Experience handling Property and Affairs COP matters.
• Strong client care and commercial awareness.
• Confident managing deadlines and caseloads.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Collaborative and professional approach.
• Experience supervising junior staff desirable.
