Northamptonshire Children Trust is seeking an experienced social worker for the Children in Care Team. The role involves accurate assessments, coordinating multi-agency plans, and building strong relationships with children, families and carers, with regular court attendance.

Applicants must have court experience, have completed ASYE and be registered social workers. You will work with the Leaving Care Service and external partners, in a fast-paced environment, contributing to high-quality care

• ASYE completed
• Experience of court work

• Carry out clear, accurate assessments for children in care
• Plan effectively for the future of each child
• Coordinate multi-agency approaches to children's plans
• Build relationships with children, young people, families and carers
• Attend court, including alone when necessary
