A leading educational institution in Wolverhampton is seeking a Course Records Officer to manage changes to curriculum data and support high-quality learning opportunities. We are seeking to employ a Course Records Officer to be part of the Course Records team managing changes to curriculum data (including award, course, module and assessment data) resulting from Curriculum Framework revalidations.
The Registry Services Directorate fulfils an essential role in supporting the University’s delivery of high-quality learning opportunities to its students by managing a range of central services for students and staff. The Registry Services Directorate comprises 12 teams – Research Degree Student Services, Exams & Graduate Services, Timetabling, Systems, Student Visa Compliance and Advice, Student Records, Course Records, Partnership Records, Fees & Funding, Statutory Reporting, Ask and Apprenticeship Operations.
You should have a proactive and professional approach, excellent interpersonal skills, effective organisational capabilities, and an ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in the use of information technology, and with an excellent standard of literacy and numeracy, you will also demonstrate the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
You will have excellent communication skills using a variety of appropriate media and experience of dealing with clients from a range of cultural backgrounds, an understanding and respect for cultural diversity and experience of working within regulatory frameworks and procedures to meet internal and external audit requirements.
