A UK university in Leeds is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Course Administrator on a temporary basis until 31st August 2026. The role involves providing efficient administrative support for courses, maintaining records, and ensuring a positive student experience. We have an exciting temporary opportunity in the School of Humanities and Social Sciences; we are looking to appoint a pro‑active and enthusiastic Course Administrator on a temporary basis (until 31st August 2026), to cover a secondment.
The postholder will provide efficient administrative support for courses and work closely with academic colleagues to ensure a positive student experience throughout the whole of the student journey. Duties will include proactive management of course administration, acting as a key contact point for students and the course team. Maintaining and updating localised and centralised records, organising and servicing of meetings and compiling reports.
To be successful you will possess high level spreadsheet, database and word processing skills; the ability to keep accurate records; excellent communication skills and a drive to provide outstanding customer service. You will also be able to prioritise workloads under pressure and demonstrate a flexible approach to work.
