Job summary

FedEx is seeking a Courier in Poole to be the face of the business, delivering parcels on time and providing excellent customer service. The role involves collections, deliveries and maintaining vehicle security across multiple drops.

You will work Monday to Friday with a 45-hour week, starting at 08:00 and finishing at 18:00, with a pay rate of £15.01 per hour plus evening and night premiums. A valid Class 2 licence with Driver CPC and Tachograph Card is required, along with a strong customer

Qualifications

• Full valid Class 2 licence with Driver CPC and Tachograph Card.
• Excellent customer service skills and a great attitude.
• Ability to work independently and flexibly.
• Good understanding of driving rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collection and delivery of parcels to customers.
• Security of the vehicle and freight while in transit.
• Multi drop deliveries to multiple customers.
• Complete preventive checks on the vehicle.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations.
