Job summary

FedEx is seeking a Courier to join our Southampton team. You will be the face of the business, delivering parcels on time and providing excellent customer service.

Working hours are 45 per week, Monday to Friday, 07:30-17:30 with a 1 hour unpaid break. A full class 2 licence with Driver CPC and Tachograph Card is required, along with safe driving practices and the ability to work independently. Benefits include holiday, pension, uniform and parking.

Qualifications

• Full valid Class 2 licence with Driver CPC and Tachograph Card.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and flexibly.
• Good understanding of driving rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collection and delivery of parcels and freight to our customers.
• Security of the vehicle and freight while in your vehicle.
• Multi-drop deliveries.
• Complete procedural checks on your vehicle.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations.
