Job summary

FedEx Express in Poole is seeking a Courier to join our team. You will be the face of the business, delivering parcels on time and upholding the highest standards of customer service while working a 45-hour week.

The role requires a full valid class 2 licence with Driver CPC and Tacho Card, flexibility to work Mon–Fri, and a proactive, independent approach. We offer comprehensive benefits including 22 days holiday, pension, and uniform provision.

Position Summary: We are looking for Courier to join our team at Poole. Whether you are fresh from the test centre or have experience, we want to speak to you!

Working hours: 45.00 per week Shift: Monday-Friday 08:00 - 18:00 Salary: £15.01 per hour. Premia paid for hours worked between 7pm - 10pm (£1.54 per hour) , and 10pm - 6am (£1.87 per hour).

What will you going to be doing?

• Collection and delivery of parcels and freight to our customers
• Security of the vehicle and freight while in your vehicle
• Multi drop deliveries
• Complete procedural checks on your vehicle
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations

What are we looking for?

• A full valid class 2 licence along with Driver CPC and Tacho Driver Card
• Someone with great customer service skills
• Great attitude with the ability to work independently and flexibly
• Good understanding of driving rules and regulations
