Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.

The Role:

As Pursuits Manager you will oversee the operation of Estelle Manors Falconry, Fishing, Equine & Livestock, tours and guided walk experiences whilst also providing support to the Activities manager overseeing all other onsite activities.

You will lead a team of Adventure instructors to deliver high quality glamorous pursuits both at the manor and at neighbouring estates while working closely with the Head of Adventure and Activities Manager to ensure the smooth, safe and 5* running of all experiences. You should enjoy being the focal point of guest interaction along with delivering top class experiences to our members and guests.

Who are we looking for?

• Management or Supervisory experience within a outdoor activity, leisure or hospitality environment.
• A genuine passion for hosting with the confidence to lead interactive activities for groups of both adults and children.
• The ability to recruit and develop a team of instructors and hosts through a hands on approach, ensuring service standards are maintained.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
• Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and to generate new ideas with creative thinking.
• A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.

The on target earning potential for this role is £43,000 per annum per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £40,000, plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge.
