Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end country-level delivery of assigned studies, ensuring timelines, quality and budget are met.
• Lead and develop local study teams including CRAs and CSAs; set goals and foster collaboration.
• Oversee feasibility and site strategy, conduct site qualifications and ensure readiness.
