Job summary

KENECT RECRUITMENT LTD is seeking a skilled Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a Castle Bromwich site on a temp-to-permanent basis. You will operate a counterbalance forklift with rotator, supporting material handling in a busy warehouse.

Shifts start at 07:00; later weeks may move to 06:00-14:00 or 14:00-22:00. Flexibility and reliability are essential, with immediate start and potential for permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence/certification (required).
• Experience operating a forklift with rotator attachment preferred.
• Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Flexible approach to working shifts.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance Forklift with Rotator.
• Move and handle materials within the site.
• Maintain safe working practices in a busy environment.
• Be flexible to be allocated to AM or PM shifts as required.
