Job summary

Workforce Recruitment and Training is seeking an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver for our Ross-on-Wye site. This full-time, Monday-to-Friday role offers reliable, regular hours and long-term opportunities in a friendly warehouse environment.

You will operate a counterbalance forklift, load/unload deliveries, and help keep stock organized while adhering to health and safety guidelines. A valid FLT licence and prior warehouse experience are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence/certificate.
• Previous forklift/warehouse experience.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• A strong commitment to health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload deliveries.
• Move and organize stock around the site.
• Support the warehouse and wider team with general duties.
• Ensure goods are handled safely and correctly.
