Job summary

DC Personnel Ltd is recruiting for a multi-skilled Warehouse Operative in Rugby. The role offers day shift Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm, with a temporary to permanent contract in a regulated environment.

You will operate a counterbalance FLT, load/unload vehicles, pack products for dispatch and maintain accurate stock records. The ideal candidate has a valid Counterbalance FLT licence, warehouse or production experience, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Counterbalance FLT licence (in-house or accredited accepted).
• Experience in warehouse, production or distribution environments.
• Experience in regulated environments (advantageous).
• Good understanding of stock control and warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Forklift Counterbalance.
• Load and unload vehicles safely.
• Pack products for dispatch.
• Move stock around the warehouse.
• Label and check finished products.
• Complete stock checks and maintain inventory records.
• Replenish stock and support stock rotation.
• Process returns and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Support goods-in and goods-out operations.
• Follow SOPs and company processes.
• Maintain accurate records and product traceability.
• Ensure packaging meets quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene procedures.
