Job summary

Driver Hire Wolverhampton & Walsall is seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to operate a counterbalance forklift in a busy Wolverhampton warehouse. This role offers an immediate start with clear safety procedures and teamwork at the core.

Pay is £14.90 per hour with Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm and Friday 8:00am-1:00pm. Candidates must hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence and have proven experience operating a counterbalance FLT.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
• Experience operating a counterbalance FLT.
• Experience loading and unloading long/bulky loads (3–6 metres).
• Good awareness of health & safety.
• Reliable and hardworking.
• Able to work efficiently as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift.
• Load and unload products.
• Handle long/bulky loads around 3–6 metres.
• Move goods safely and efficiently.
• Follow all site health and safety procedures.
• Perform general warehouse/yard duties as required.
